We use Australia Post Express Postage for 90% of our shipping and also use Toll Group Freight for other items that are in certain areas for all our shipping needs within Australia.   1. Processing Time: We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, such as sales or promotions, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Time: The shipping time will depend on your location, but generally, you can expect your order to be delivered within 1-3 business days of dispatch for express post in Australia, and 5-7 business days for parcel post. For international orders, shipping times will vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your location.

  3. Tracking: All orders shipped with Australia Post Express and Parcel Postage come with a tracking number. For international orders, tracking may not be available for some shipping options.

  4. Delivery: If you are not available to receive your delivery, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions for collection at your local post office. For international orders, customs and import duties may apply, and it is your responsibility to pay these fees.

  5. International Shipping: We offer a range of shipping options for international orders, depending on your location and the size and weight of your order. The shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your location.
